Our new K. Spoetzl Distillery has opened and we are excited to announce tours are available Thursday – Sunday. Enter the tour through our new speak-easy, and take an inside look at our new distillery, where every drop of Shiner Craft Spirits is made.
Distillery tours are strictly a first-come-first-serve basis and cannot be reserved online.

K. Spoetzl Brewery tours are conducted approximately every half hour.

We can accommodate around 20 people on the BREWERY tour.
We can accommodate around 12 people on the DISTILLERY tour.
Private BREWERY tours are available for groups of 20 or more. Please contact shinerbeer@spoetzl.com to make arrangements.
Tours fill up quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your spot online.
Brewery tour packages start at $25 for guests over 21 and $10 for guest under 21; payment is taken when you arrive for your tour.
Distillery tour packages are $25 for guest. No minors allowed on this tour; payment is taken when you arrive for your tour.
We kindly ask to check-in for your tour at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled tour. This will allow time for you to pay for your tour before it begins and enjoy the beautiful brewery scenery. Please note, if you do not check in within 15 minutes of your scheduled tour start time, your reservation may be forfeited. If you happen to run late for your reservation, we may occasionally be able to fit you back in to a later tour, but that is not always the case as tours fill up quickly and are limited to 20 guests per tour.
We have non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
We love furry friends and have lots of shade and room to play in our yard! Because we are a working brewery we ask that pets, comfort, and emotional support animals remain outside all brewery buildings, unless it is a service animal. We kindly ask that pets are kept on a leash and not allowed to roam free for the safety of the pet and our other guests.
Yes, children are allowed on brewery tours and children nine and under are free.
No minors allowed on the distillery tour, due to sampling.
Please make sure to reserve a spot for all individuals in your party when booking your tour. Again, we are a working brewery, so we ask that all children remain with adult supervision at all times for the safety of them and our brewery employees.

Yes, we offer a 50% discount on $25 tour package and a 10% discount on any gift shop merchandise for first-responders, military, and clergy members (must show identification upon check-in).
A bundle for distillery and brewery tours is also available.
We do not require masks, but if you would feel more comfortable wearing one please feel free to do so. We also have hand sanitizer available at all exits and sanitize all surfaces throughout the brewery regularly.
